PC on Feathered longbow

I found this longbow and was wondering how much it would be worth

Blue Longbow
Dmg 13-24 (ouch)
Dmg +10% always
Energy -5

I konw it isnt max dmg, which is going to hurt the price, but it is a +10% always so that might make it worth something

no one will ever buy this, in this game anything not max, not gold, is not desirable, there are a few exceptions, however longbows are not one of them, merch it
