is this normal?

umm i have never seen a weapon without zealous mod that is still energy regen -1. just making sure before i merch it.

short bow
piercing dmg 14-26 (req 10)
damage +10% (always)
energy regeneration -1

-1 nrg reg is the price u pay for having +10% always. It could have also been -1 health, -5 nrg or -10 armor while attacking. Don't worry, merchant it.
