well the 13% just makes it a little over max dmg, i tihnk most would rather have 15>50 max dmg. 200-300k for someone who wants to say they ahve an unconditional weapon.
finaly a tru unconditional max dmg weapon ... lately there have been people "noobs" with 15% always ... saying they were unconditional ... id say a good starting point for this weapon is 300k ... and see where it goes
