bow -> salvage for mod or sell in ascalon with 5k or so
rod -> very good for a smite monk...dunno exact price...but imo 5-10k (can be wrong ofcourse)

yup but some people look stuff with 2 different things...like smite and heal for instance. When did pvp other day, i had a monk in party, smite he sayd, he used few smite skills but also healed, so sometimes it can be good. But req is a bit high indeed.

sometimes yeah it can be good, but in this case how many heal skills have high recharge time? only two that I can think of now that have over 10 second recharge

for the second one...i'd say about 2-3k...there are much better items you can get for a good price for smiters
