Can anyone plz give me a PC on these 2 items?I am bad at judging whether to sell or merchant items...

Health +41(while in a stance)

Shocking War Axe of Enchanting
Lightening Dmg:6-28(req 10 Axe Mastery)
Enchantments last 15% longer

Axe: sell it to merchant

Yeah thanx guys finally decided to sell a few other weapons and the Axe to weapons merchant and i managed to sell the Shield for 2k after half an hour of sitting in trade lol...
