max is 20% below 50...
+29 hp mod is decent as sword health pommels are expensive these days...but it would be difficult to salvage because of ebon hilt...

i say about 1-3k (but i'd try to salvage for the health mod as +29 is worth a good 30k + these days)

Thanks for the advice! Salvaged the sword and got a pommel
