It's not going good with Para, first I got hacked.. Then A-net helped me out, this morning I tried to login for the first time with my account. I hope A-net will help me out. Check the pic. If you know the problem please pm me.

Well it seems like they've banned you

Maybe they thought you where falsly acusing the guy that hacked you, or they accidentaly banned you instead of the other guy.

But I don't think any of us can help you.

If I where you, I'd contact Anet at www.guildwars.com, in order to solve this problem.

What do you think I did . I hope they say something like: ''We are sorry, we banned you so the person that hacked you can't abuse you anymore. We didn't unbanned it yet. We are sorry.

Buy a new account, and this time don't download any cheats that include key loggers. Note, there is no such thing as a cheat/hack/dupe that isn't actually a key logger. Also, don't use a ridiculously easy to guess password and make sure the email address isn't blindingly obvious either.

If you got hacked it normally means that you tried to download cheats (which contain keyloggers) for GW, which is against the Terms of Agreement. By violating those terms you set yourself up to be banned. So if this is the case I doubt you get your account back. Which in turn would mean you need to buy a new one if you wish to play again.

If you didn't download anything, and ANet unlocks your account. Then you need to make a harder password, and possibly change your email address.

All said, yes I think he was quite serious and I agree.

It sux. All you can do is send a complaint to them, explaining your situation. Anything else in this thread is just speculation, not intended to help you.

As slient kitty said, email them but spam thier email and you'll have a better chance of getting through. If you read other posts, some people have been banned due to being mistaken for farming bots so maybe the person that used your account had a bot on it. If you didn't download any cheats or anything like that yourself, i am sure they will give you back your account, just stay on them

A-net did send me a new password + e-mail today. I think the account was banned before I logged on.

Unfortunately we will be unable to help in deciding exactly what the cause of the ban was, and all you'll find here are guesses and speculation. For the best answer to what's happened, please email Anet's support center and they will reply to your email with further information. As it stands now we can be of very little help and this topic will ultimately lead to disappointment.
