WTB Fire Wand and Flame Artifact

Looking for a Fire Wand that has a health or armor boost to it. Also looking for a Flame Artifact that has booth an armor and health boost. Please leave stats and PRICE per item. Req. doesn't matter and I am NOT looking for casting speed or recharge boosts.

check out the artifact - and btw theres no such thing as a +health/armor boost wand.. (unless its some quest reward or collectors or w/e)
