i will also take a 5^50 half casting time of all spells 10%, or 5^50 half recharge of all spells 10%.

you cant get +1 on a one handed wand.. unless something has changed recently.. anyways I have a req 8 max dmg 5'50 10% recharge one.. pm me an offer and I will think it over.. I really like the water skin though so Im not sure if I want to get rid of it.
