Also as far as I noticed it doesnt benefit from improved recharge so the "refire rate" of echo is 50 seconds, what might be a more interesting parameter than the actual recharge. Also some issues with debillitating synergy arise here, with the 10 sec recharge and animation you won tbe able to use it twice with an echo used. Therefore expertise allready needs to be pretty high to make any significant netto gains on it. Using oath shot means ~2.5 extra debillitating shots in the 50 second chain of echo and a permanent SQ can be used than, not having the drawbacks of QZ and therefore much more convenient. This also adds the opportunity to pick another secondary, and has a far better synergy with a lot of other skills like defensive stances, signet of weariness, throw dirt etc.
