I know you need the cities of ascalon quest and i have it in the pic....how come a reward is the -50 grim cresta?????

lol, you answered your own question. If you know the quest is CoA, just finish the quest and u recieve the grim cesta + earth scroll

Yes .... it has the -50 health. Do quest .... get reward .... it has the -50 health.

no quest rewards tell you the exact specs of the weapon, their modifiers etc etc, but trust everyone here who says that you do get that item from it.

Posting "WTB -50 GC for 2g" in Droknar's 1 also works, as there are plenty of people desperate to sell their stash.
