Error 005 connection problem??

5 mins ago i have a very weird problem after i type in my password and to the char selection place. after i selete me char it won't let me get into the game and said something about error 005 anyone know what that is ?

Yeah i've got the same thing. Let me take a SS of it.

I'm getting it too. Most likely anet is having server issues at the moment.

so it's not just me ?? it just happened 5 mins ago .. and till now i still can't get bak in game what's going on

After i select my char, my Guild Wars gets stuck at the "connecting" screena nd wont budge, and feezes, and then i have to close it manually.

Ah, i get that same message whenever i try to enter any area, Ascalon, Frontier Gate, Ring of Fire, Droks, you name it. I shut off GW maybe 30 mins before this problem occured, and now i cant log into any of the areas. I think people who had their GW on during when this problem occured, they can still travel to some places.

Tried to get to my GH to trade with one of my guildies. Error=005... after 3 tries again and again, I got the same error.

Then I tried to manually go there through the travel map icon, now my warrior is stuck at the great temple of balthazar, and I can't log on to him because of error 5. I'm on my ranger at the moment now talking to guildies.

GW seems to be crashing between RA maps. It's happened five times in the last half hour.

Both my computers having the same problems with different accounts.

ok update it appears to be europe trying to get into internatioanl disrict 1 only doesnt work for me in any town. my mates who are on american can go anywhere. so there must be a problem at arena nets end with the europe servers or soemthing

other than the error 005 new ones i've got 5 time os the 007 error today...i think they're messing something up ...

Yea it appears to be euro side that aint working properly, American friend can go anywere no problem but other euro friends get err 5 at most towns.

all my chars are stuck at towns with err 5
