the staff i have no idea ... and by nerfed you mean back when there were no req stalves with max mods w/o being close to max dmg

thats why its nerfed. well i sold the staff ingame for 16 ecto altough i got offers later for well over 20 ecto. =(

if it was 20/20 gold no req u could of gotten alot more...

true .. kinda got gypped alot

its only 20% cast.
lady saphire had a 9% univeral cast and has a c/o of 100k so i guess my deal was ok.
