Hi, i don't know if this is a bug but after the latest patch, I notice a slight change with the use of available energy.
When my Elem would run out of energy, I would have to wait to get at least 6 energy back before being able to cast flare (5 energy).
Now it seems to me that I have to wait until the energy bar gets up to 7 before I can cast flare again.
Has any1 noticed anything like this? If it's true, flare is probably not the only spell that's affected.
1 sec/1 energy might not be a big deal but in pvp when you're trying to cast as fast as possible that might be the difference between a kill & a death.

It could be that there were nature spirits out that changed the cost.

On occassion I've had my energy hit 0 and not start reloading for a few seconds. I wasn't hit with any hexes or anything, so I thought that was weird.

That's odd, because I've noticed that I can cast spells that require 5 energy when my bar still has 4.

I notice that when I get a lot of lag. Sometimes I'll have to wait until my bar reads 4 or more energy over the energy requirement of the spell before it'll stop saying I don't have enough energy. Really frustrating.
