Total faction counter bugged?

When you hover the cursor over the faction meter (after u press 'H' in game), it gives you your total faction in a little pop-up message. I noticed, however, that you total faction count does not increase if your current faction is maxed out, i.e., 10,000. Is this true for just RA players (which I am) or is it true for others too?

Anyway, as there hasn't been anything for me to spend my faction on (until Ch. 2 comes out), I've been capped out at 10,000 for a while, and my total has stayed the same. Even wins in team arenas don't add to this total.

The total is based on how much you have received, can't receive any if you're maxxed out.

That's normal. Either that or were both freaks.
