I was wondering, is this already modified or can i had a hilt and such to it without replacing anything. for example if i add a Sword Plummet of Fortiune does it replace the 30+ Health thats is a pre existing state. and if i can add fire hilt to it would it change apprence to a dragon sword ?

oh and sorry if this questions have been asked before, I'm new and i couldn't find the Search button .....

a). you cant change mods on a green
b). even if you could mods dont change skins of the weapon

No, no swords can change appearance by changing mods, that's what dyes are for. Greens (like Victo's) cannot have their mods changed, it is stuck like that, neither can you dye it.
