Driver Problems

I've been having some problems lately when attempting to do Heroe's Ascent. I've needed to use TeamSpeak and Ventrilo to communicate with members of my party, but right before we go in to kill the Zaishen, my computer restarts and says that the driver crashed (or something of that nature). I'm able to play normally if I don't have TS or Ventrilo open, but when I do and enter a mission is Heroe's Ascent, my computer just restarts.

So, I'm not sure what's causing this, whether it be too much CPU usage, or whatever, but I'm hoping that you professionals can help me out.
