Glyph of Sacrifice bugged?

I am finding that Glyph of Sacrifice is causing the spell I use after it to recharge for an extra 90 seconds not the 30 seconds stated on the skill description. Can anyone verify this?

I have sent a bug report to NCSoft/ ANet. I couldn't find a bug thread on these forums so i posted here, is this the correct place for it?

Just checked it now.

Armour of Frost - 45second recharge
Glyph + Orison of Healing - Took twice as long to recharge

Guess they made the skill worth using but forgot to change its effect.
