When will the balance update arrive?

I like what you said about Tasha and Data me being a Trekker it was cuase the whole crew was on the influence of narcotic type subtance brought over from another ship like in ToS.I just want mend ailment to go back to a 2 sec. recharge time.

For those of you arguing about who's to blame, chalk it up to misinformation/miscommunication and move on, please. Pointing fingers for over 10 posts straight isn't productive.

I don't see a point in nerfing something like IWAY because too many people are using it. It is simply the easiest build you can have success with in tombs. and since most people aren't that good really, they will use the easiest way to be competitive in the HoH. if you nerfed it to the point where they could not use it anymore, all of them would no doubt switch to the new easiest way to be competitive. once again 80% would use the same build, the only difference that it wouldn't be Iway; maybe Bloodspike....

the result of such a nerf would be:
- all Iway players get pissed
- all non Iway players behave very unsocial toward their complaints
- most players switch to the new "best build"
- the people who complained about Iway also do neither have enough skill to couter it, nor do they wish to play it; and so the nerf-begging starts all over again.

Just look anyplace people stopped playing for fun: PvE-Tombs, Warcamp, UW, HoH, TopRank GvG: All builds have become the copy of a copy of a copy and if you dare to build a character which isn't one of the forum advocated pre-builds then you are kicked within seconds.

I'm wondering if the skill update has to do with Factions. Possibly a result of their analysis from the FPE, and they're trying to balance everything out with the new classes. If that's the case, they might wait until Factions release, since any skill updates might not make a lot of since until balanced against the Assassin and Ritualist.

Maybe they didn't had enough time to scoop all skills and adjust them.
And I totally understand that ...
Not easy to do skill balances. And wouldn't that be better to update after Factions comes with plenty of delicious skills. Let say after 2nd seasonal playoffs. So there would be no need to bring another skill balance right after first one...

I just think that's the logical reason.

there needs to be a bug fix at least for the hoh and eoe bomb
because as i am sure eveyone know that if the eoe sprit is still alive at the alter matches, when the other team dies because of divine judgment it kills the other team also. this needs to be fixed because it it is hadly fair on the team who have put all there effort in to win to calm there reward only to have it taken away from them by eoe.

If gaile said there will be a skill balance before the ladder re-opens then you can safely say there isnt going to be a skill balance.
