Ok, I've been TAing a bit recently, and have found 2 hammer warrior builds i like (very similar).
Shock
Irresitible
Devastating
Mighty Blow
Heavy Blow
Rez
Frenzy/Something else if i have stoneskin?
Rush/Sprint
Or
Irresitible
Devastating
Mighty
Heavy
Crushing
Rez

Then, I have the options of Stoneskin. Under stoneskin, I would not be able to use Frenzy because the timing of the chain is slightly off.
Without frenzy on Setup A, I could get a 12 second kd (shock, devastating, heavy, shock). But no deep wound, and no frenzy. With frenzy, i could get a 6 second chain, but more of a "spike".
On setup B, with stoneskin, i could get a 6 second KD with a deep wound, but no "spike". Without stoneskin, I could get a 4 second KD, but more "spiked".
Pretty much, do you suggest Shock or Crushing, and Stoneskin or no stoneskin. Tell me your opinions for a setting without an axe shocker and one with an axe shocker.

Running a Hammer warrior without stoneskin gauntlets is blasphemous. If your timing is off, just keep practicing. Using frenzy should not affect the timing of your knockdown chains. I have not played warrior in quite a while, but if I recall correctly, it's knockdown , 2 hits, knockdown, while under frenzy.
Personally I prefer crushing in every situation, atleast for gvg. If I were to make any changes to either build they would be swapping heavy blow out for hammer bash, and mighty blow for bull's strike. If you are doing team arena though, heavy blow should be fine. Shock is a nice skill, but if you're just doing team arena you'll probably want the crushing for the deep wound.

With 2 attacks in between KDs, they have a chance to kite/cast something to help them. The way I've got it now, they can only cast the fastest spells (1/4 second). Possibly 1/2, I don't remember.

They're not going to have a chance to kite, but they may be able to get off a 1/4 second spell. However, if you're interested in stopping that 1/4 second spell, if you time your frenzy and don't use it until during your attack while the opponent is on the ground from the first knockdown, and then hammer bash, you will stop him from casting anything.

You might want to consider adding hammer bash in there. It's a nice low adrenaline req knockdown, with no weakness requirement. That being said, I think your Devasting, Crushing, Heavy, Irresistable combo is pretty typical. Backbreaker is also a nice knockdown, but the adren requirement is high, so you might want to consider using "For Great Justice" or "To the Limit". I don't think you really need shock to be effective. Hammer warriors require a fair bit of energy to function well, so you might want to lose shock for something else... Also, I prefer rush over sprint on a hammer warrior - the less energy required skills the better.
