PC Gold Shadow Blade 20%Below50

Hello, dam high req I know and I know that the Below 50% is less desirible but still, it is a 20% below so I thought I'd check if its worth much.

Icy Shadow Blade of Defence

Cold Dmg: 15-22 (req 12 sword)
Damage +20% (below 50% health)
Armour +5

I also have a shadow shield:

Shadow Shield

Armour 16 (req10 strength) (i think, maybe req 9)
-4dmg(18%chance)
