Rare Poisonous Longbow, +15% hexed

Aren't hex+ weapons maxed at 20% now, instead of 15%?

Anyway, this is a half "clean" bow, missing one mod:

Poisonous Longbow, +15% hexed, lengthens poison duration by 33%.

I believe while hexed items were always 20% max, VS hexed foes is 15% max
