Yes...merchant...

First, it's a Reinforced Buckler, which is a very unpopular skin. Second, the mod isn't perfect.

merchant it.... because:
-45(while enchanted) is max mod
-no second mod
-bad skin(good ones are SOTW,eternal,magmas,stone summit...)
