that's true, yes, but you have a %chance to pull out a mod, and 50/50 will be fiery hilt....
I'd agree with the 2k
you may get more if someone is looking for something just like it, but the +20% under 50 is um, not sought after, even though its 'perfect'.

also mods dont add value to an item and you really cant add up the mod costs to determine the value of the item

... how is a fiery hilt worth 2k ... its the most abundant ... id say 2k for the sword ... 500gp for the mod
