PC on 20% Air Recharge/ +29 Health Always Scroll

Was wondering if someone could give me a PC on this item:



Gold Scroll
Req 12 Earth Magic
+12 Energy
+29 Health Always
+20% Recharge on Air Magic

I know this would be worth more if it was air req, but I was wondering if it's still worth anything, even though the req doesn't match, or if it's just vendor trash.

um well seeing how the energy is dependent on req - not much sorry.. wouldve been great otherwise
