tbh the armor -10 while attacking messes it up.
If it would've been a -5 energy one then the 100-150k would be justified
I don't think it's the case right now.

dolyak signet and the -10 armor has no significant effect...
same with that mesmer skill...eee...what it was now...emm...physical resistance or something like that...
