If you actually mean skills, then yes, look them up on GuildWiki (google it).

If you mean the actual weapons, I know that Stephan's sword is what you get from collectors.

If you mean something else, a little more detail would help?

the title says weapons, I know we can see the skills they use, but I mean what are they wielding, any mods?

apparently the lvl 20 ones have higher than max weapons, but as for mods I have no idea

How do you know they have higher than max weapons? You'd have to do a lot of statistical testing in unrated GVG to figure that out.... which is of course far longer than my attention span could handle
