I know it doesn´t have the double mod to be perfect, but I was just wondering how much I could get for this thing.

Air Staff new skin
Energy +10
11-22 req 8
Halves recharge of Air 20%

It has a +16% vs giants mod on it, lol. Why did they even bother putting +dmg mods on staves? It is a mystery to me.
