The screenshot files (.bmp) end up in the "Screens" directory just under your Guild Wars installation directory. Which, for you, would probably be:

C:\Program Files\Guild Wars\Screens

Although the screenshots are taken with the PrtSc key, they are not copied to the clipboard. Hence, you cannot paste them into Paint.

You're looking in the wrong place. It's not in the Start Menu (shortcut for starting GW), it's in the directory where you installed the game into.

To ConvictionAddiction: Koneko has drawn a good roadmap for you but if I am guessing your current setup correctly, you won't see those exact screens when you open up your "My Computer". More likely, Windows will tell you that the contents of those locations are hidden and your house will catch fire if you try to access them.

Not to worry. Ignore the warning and click on the link that says something like "Show the contents of this folder". Your house will be safe, I promise.

To Koneko: Some incriminating evidence in there, methinks.

Probably referring to Alcohol. However, not everyone that has that software uses it for the commonly used use.

Now that's saying something without actually saying it if I've ever said it before.
