Very close to Gordac's Needle, and people are generally willing to pay more for a rare than a cookiecutter green... not sure, guessing 40-60k

People will pay 50-90k for Needle. This has 1 lower req, 1 more energy, and only 2% less chance of recharge. Price should be fairly comparable to Needle; plus, as I said before, people prefer to have rares than greens.
