Not sure if I searched hard enough [most likely I didn't] but which shield is better? I have the feeling the Defender is the better one, as it reduces blind by 20%, and Warriors do get blinded quite often in PvP, but then I hear people say Victo's is the best green shield in the game. If anyone can give me a link to an existing thread about this, or give me reasons which is better, I'd appreciate that.
Thanks in advance.
Tanzit's Defender or Victo's Bulwark

Victo's is better, +30 health always is huge, especially in PVP. A W/N with Plague touch or any monk worth his salt will take care of blindness for you. But 30 health can make you or break you when it comes to spike and degen.

victos is better can help alot like when u have a stance shield on... when ur stance ends u could die by losing 45 hp... so the +30 always is good...
also in pvp when u get blinded a monk should remove ur blind... unless its iway lol
and victos looks better too imo

Tanzit is a good shield to own for switching if you are fast enough but generally +30 hp always is a popular mod for most.

I wish there was a Tactics version of it.
I tend to use Tactics more.

I got the poor mans version of it after selling 4 bulwarks, but its close enuf for me since I only play warrior in pve.
But to answer your question, would that be in pve of pvp and do you run a lot of stances?

The 20% blind reduction is nothing cause the blind bot elem will blind you long before that kicks in

Condition shortening mods have always been under-powered, this is no exception.
