Armor 16 (req 12 tactics)
Received dmg -2 (While ina stance)
Received dmg -2 (While enchanted)

It's high req and normal skin, but 2 perfect mods...

20k i think is a good price to aim for. it would be useful to someone wanting a -2-2 shield on a budget.
