1 is definitely not a merch... not sure what I would price it at, but think about it:
Who cares if its a water wand, you're a nuker.. you nuke, you don't wand things
+3^50 and 20% cast time rivals Rago's wand (20% recharge, 10% cast)
Again, no idea how much, but definitely more than merch would give ya
