WTB max dmg Flatbow

I am looking for a max damage Flatbow. It should have 13^50 OR 14 ^ 50 (the perfect ones are too expensive). So I guess it should look something like this:

Flatbow
Piercing Dmg: 15-28 (Requires X Markmanship)
Damage +13%/+14% (when health is above 50%)

NOTE: It doesnt have to be clean. I just dont care what bow upgrades it has on it. Only reasonable prices please.
