I need a +10% attack speed sword, just as the title stats. I don't care about damage or req. If you have one let me know, post the penalities incured from the +10% attack speed, and your price. Thanks.

I do believe this sword is non-existant.

Not to go even more off topic, but if this exists its probably on some old collectors sword, which would make it perfect for an IW mesmer..

i think there is one around ascalon, but the penalties are outrageous and thats probably where this guy got the idea.

The modifier does exist for I have seen one used. +10% attack speed, -20% Critical Hits. An IW Mesmer in Random Arenas showed me his. Now only to actually find one. Also note this isn't an upgrade to the sword such as a Pommel or Hilt, but a modifier that can't be removed.

I am still looking for the sword, let me know if you have one.

3 char carvings for that bad boy... pretty sure a sword doesnt exist with that on it, just fire wand

I think i saw bow with "attack speed +x%"
Collector at entrance to serenity temple should have it

the collector outside Serenity Temple has a bow with that stats
Damage +33%
Attack Speed -67%
Health +25
(Diessa Flatbow of Fortitude,he also has a cane with that mods,but Health +20 instead of +25)
