Death Magic Recharge 20% Deadly Cesta/Truncheon ANY REQ.

Hello, looking to buy a 20% Recharge to death magic Deadly Cesta or Truncheon any requirment as long as its Death Magic, or at least Soul Reaping.

Other non-perfect mods are ok.. but not prefered. (if you have one with other non-perf mods and i find another better or perfect I will be taking the better of the 2 regardless)

Other mods such as +5^50%, 20% Cast time reduction of death magic, or 10% cast time of spells (uni) are very welcome.

I am willing to pay very well.

There's a collector truncheon with 20% death recharge (req. 9), for 5 irridescent griffon wings in Desert or 5 huge jawbones in Shiverpeaks... unless you need the other mods as well

I know about the collectors version, but thanks. And yes, I am looking for other mods, especially cast time xx% or 3-5^50e. The collector's item is a last resort for me.
btw Levi, using Bortak's Bone Claw or the shiverpeaks collectors offhand you'll get 40% half recharge chance, which is what im after. (Bortak's also has +1 death)

Coming close to the point of which taking a life to obtain this item would not seem even slightly reckless, I have seen around 3 auctioned off before I even knew of the thread!
