Best ele build?

Hey i know this has been brought up many times but the search button is not working so i have to ask here.

i want to make a fire ele. i was wondering if anyone could help me with an idea for a 2nd profession, maybe some skills to look for, and were to spend attubute points. thanks.

pretty often, I wind up not using my secondary, instead loading up with my favorite fire skills and attunment. However, you need to specify if you need this for PvE or PvP.

DoT fire attacks have been nerfed, and they're a great way to break aggro. That means they suck, don't take firestorm or meteor shower (or searing heat, but nobody used that before the nerf ). Crack your attribute all the way up in Fire and energy storage (assuming you have all the attribute points unlocked) and slap on a super fire and minor energy storage so you have 16 fire and 14 energy storage.

As for skills, see what you like, what you have, what works for you. Fireball and meteor are good skills to bring along. Those last two sentances is basically me telling you, I don't remember a damn thing about fire ele builds, since i haven't done it post-nerf.

First off, the search button is ALWAYS working. Just whether you can use the forum search or the google search (which is just as good) you will get what you're searching for.

It depends on the mission some times what all to use. Meteor Shower is still good, along with Rodgart's invocation and such, just have to know when to use them. Unfortunately, most Ele's only try Fire (me included when I had one),but there are times when you really should be using Water or Earth or Air spells. Again, all depends on the mission/quest.
