My 'sin has been gathering dust for months, as playing through Factions once with my ele was about all I could muster the interest for. But playing her in Nightfall is much more fun.. but I suppose I'll have to go back and get past Viz square to get some skills. 
That said, her current bar of two attack chains, one enchantment and death's retreat seems to do the trick so...
1.5 Seitung mask

1.5 Imperial leggings and shoes.
Can't see me ever going 15K on her as I don't like blades poking out at all angles. Less is More !!

Yea that Solo Build was genius. Too bad the Ruined Tombs has less of a ecto drop ratio than the actual Underworld.

Well Sins are very VERY fragile, so you have a few options.
/Mo for straight healing
/Me for Illusion of Weakness and other fun toys/Long range skills
/E for Ice/Earth Defensive Skills
/W for Stances but there really aren't much.

I went with monk at first, and landed the survivor title beacuse i could heal myself easily - its good, expecially if your not used to playing a sin, beacuse they are hard to keep alive. After you got the hang of it, you can change it later. I just suggest it at first.
