isnt worth much with just one bonus like that, no matter how perfect, still sellable tho, 10k maybe

well, for mm, after looads of testing, i sold my bortaks set, and settled on morgifs scepter (10%/10%) and a 20%/20% collectors death cesta, so i now have 30% chance quick cast and recharge, so no way would i, or any knowlegable player would settle for just 20% fast cast imo , so this would be extremly hard to sell, only reason i say 10k is cause its a shadow staff , and the one mod it has is perfect, probably will find you cant sell it tho
