where can i find priest of balthazar?

I`ve bought GW special edition recently, and have some extra skills to unlock, but i must visit priest of balthazar for that to happen. Where can i find that priest? I`m currently in fort Ranik.

The Priests of Balthazar are part of the PvP part of the game. The first one you will run into is in the Ascalon Arena or by making a PvP character and going to the Great Temple of Balthazar on the Battle Isles.

Be aware the unlocks you have are for the PvP part of Guild Wars only. You will not receive anything your PvE or Roleplayng character can use.
