EDIT- I misread it at first. It is 1/2 cast time, not recharge. Sorry for the misleading title

Divine Favor+1 (16%)

I know the mods are kinda trashy, but I was just wondering if the 10% cast time on spells is at all desirable. Plus, I know there are like 4 Earth Eles...so.
