the -1 energy regen killed it

Yeah, I wasn't sure if -1 Energy regen was viable whatsoever for casters.

the -1 regen isn't that big of a deal, except that these usually only sell if it's the max 15 -1, cuz you switch it on get the boost and switch back off... just like vamp and others, plus there's other ways to regen etc... I think ya may get 5-10k or so..
