same statted Air Wand went for 1.2 mil in Lady Sapphires auction, i imagine this could get something similar. oh, i just seen the 20% was on divine, which is rare, i havent seen many mods for just divine skills. so probably not as much, as divine skills not in demand on staffs (rods is a different story). 200-300k i guess.

Tough one.. I have a similar bone staff 10/20 that was pc at 200k but I have gotten far higher offers against...saps sold for 1m+... bongo had a curses staff 10/20 sell for 400k.. (i would have paid 500 for it had I not been banned and knew about it =P) So, I see no problem with any other -wanted- 10/20 reaching a similar price range..10/10 is usuable, but more purchased, I think, as vanity items to complete a perfect collection of said similar items.. obviously, people are using 20/20 in most cases... 10/20 goes more towards usable, so people pay more for it.. Obviously.. the skin will come into play.. is it a standard skin, or a vanity, such as ghostly, or shadow.. etc..

wait how can a air wand have the same stats as a staff? wands and rods cant be modded so only possible for passive mods and how much would a perfect smitting rod req9 10% Charge and 5^50 Energy go for?
