Anyway i tried looking up some topics in the elementalists forum and this was the only one I could find so far...

It's kind of an old build and I don't know how useful it would be now, but you could use it as a guideline to create your build. Also if you look in the elementalist forum check the sticky that states "Elementalists Basics" and you may also find some info in there.
