Buy slot he? we want more! move character from one account to another!

i have 2 account , i would gladly to buy more slots and move toon from my secondary account to primary...

Obliviusly this can create some abuse like ebaying toon but im sure there is some way around!

i'm getting a new account monday and i'm really anoyed of how im gonna have to move max items and gold from old account to new account so i can use em.... lol it give me a headache already

People complain a lot already about accounts being stolen, even though they are attached to a unique e-mail. If you coud move accounts to a different e-mail address, "hackers" (people reading databases of bad fan site forums or using keyloggers aren't true "hackers"), would have a lot more ease moving/smuggling accounts.

I have two accounts as well, and would love to transfer some characters to my primary account, however I don't think this is a good idea for the reasons stated above. If there was a foolproof way of doing this, then sure I'd support it, but I bet there isn't.

Increasingly, it looks like your only option is to EBay or sell off somehow the 2nd account and take that money to purchase characters slots on the first.

I'm quite sure that selling accounts isn't really encouraged, but the way things currently look, ANet seems to be pushing those who have two or more accounts towards this option.

I think that is the key factor abuse... If they can allow characters with full inventories to be moved from account to account I know fora fact it will be abused almost overnight...

they are giving you an option to buy more slots for one account. there you go congratulations... Move your items and gold there, using this option and then either give your other account away or use it for guild functions or something. hell sell it for all I care. Though I personally will never do that...

I would rather give it away as a gift to a friend that does not have it. And Selling an account can get said account banned for violation of RoC... so its an at your own risk situation... I think I will prob donate my extra account to my gaming clan for a demo account or Maybe Guild shared leadership... its got almost everything unlocked. so it will allow people in my Gaming clan that are interested a chance to try it out... we will see. Or it will provide a way to have multi people as a leader in the guild or alliance. so yea I could use it as a alliance account. and have leaders of all the guild have access to that account to do alliance maintenance when needed. hummm interesting possibilities popping into my melon...

/signed, I really want to move all my rp characters to my main account. Of course, as long as there's a way around the ebayers.

I'd say this would work as limited time offer only right after they implement the buying slots thing, a week or two of time to request a merge of existing accounts.

Even better, add the "I'd like my account X be merged with account Y"-request form now and then fullfill the requests at summer, this should prevent eBay and such, I doubt no-one would prepay on a service like eBay to get a char after few months of waiting.
