i ask that many people and they told me that i can get the skill Sympathetic Visage in the first outpost in fire island and i searched for the skill there but i cant find it can someon plz help me with that and tell me where can i get that skill????!!!!

The skill trainer in Ember Light Camp (Dakk), has every non-elite skill available for purchase for your two professions.

Either look harder or maybe you aren't a mesmer?

Sympathetic Visage is not a necro skill, you need to change your secondary to Mesmer to be able to purchase it from Ember Light Camp.
