alot of people will be buying req 13 strength shields, but just think would you rather have a Last Chapter Eternal Shield or a Second Chapter _______ Shield, but still I think with it's good mods ~150k+

200k maybe 250k. i dunow its hard to say as the req 13 shields will only ever be used with one armor set and would not be practical for other builds and armor sets using lower att points in strength. maybe a shield for someone wanting a perfect shield but cannot afford a lower req one.
