Energy + 12 (Req. 11 FireMagic)
Armor +5 while casting
Halves skill recharge of spells 10%

Experience from these anyone?

pretty nice imo, the only thing that may hurt the price is the req and +5 armor while casting, although alot of fire spells have a long cast time.
Imo I would say ~10k+ if you find the right buyer, there has to be someone out there that would appreciate these stats

I think you could get 20k-30k from a Collector hater. Most people, myself included, wont give up the 20/20 or +1/+30 Collector offhand because they are simply too perfect. But to anyone who prefers form over function 30k is not a lot for this piece. Like Hell Raiser said, many ele skills have long casting times durring which you are very vulnerable to attack so that +5 armor is an attractive feature. Although req is not an issue to a fire ele the high req does reduce the price, same item req 8 would be an easy 50k imo.
