Need some help with factions

I'm really confused.

Hi, im in australia, and me ce factions is delayed a week:/

But if some how i can manage to get my hands on a factions key? can i still get the mask?thanks

I've been hearing about a lot of problems with the Australian CE for Factions. If you get the PreOrder key, that would be the only way you can get the Head Start, so then it wouldn't matter if you didn't have the Retail Key.

i've got the key, they gave it to me when i pre-ordered it, but do i need the bonus disc to install to get to cantha? or will there be a download

It will be downloaded just like all other updates. So, all you need to do is put that preorder key onto your account, and you will have access to the Head Start Event.

If you can get the preorder items with your characters, then it's all set up and nothing more needs to be done. Just remember to add the Retail key when you get that, as the preorder key will only give you access to Cantha through the 28th.

Hmm there's one thing I noticed with all these.
People are confused between a "preorder BOX" and a "pre-order OF".

i went down to ebay, they gave me pre-order box thingy

it has pre order key thingy , is this the right thingy to acces tengu!??
