I'm told that necro scars don't dye correctly, and that black dye looks silver on droks necro scar, but have been unable to find (looked everywhere) screenshot of how it looks.
So, could someone please post a screenshot?

it not only lists the color mixing charts basically, but also the color wheel you need to keep handy so that you know *roughly* what shade your tats or scars will turn to if you dye it a certain color....
and also now has pics of 2 mixing colors for many armours so that you will be able to *See* exactly what mixing 2 bottles and dying stuff will look like...(theres a necro scar one too, though not sure if droks ans *special* scars dye differently....

I've read that thread - it's very informative, but it doesn't have a screenshot of Droks Scar Armor with black dye on it. So I'm hoping to find someone with a screenshot so I can see for myself.

yes, if you dye any necro scars made out of parchments using blk dye.
it will come out washed out blk. meaning gray. i cant show you cause

Why would you dye anything straight black anyway? Black is far more valuable as a mixer than a straight dye.
A few things in that link are outdated also. For example, saying that mixing dye with dye remover "makes the color transparent, thus making the base color of the armor show through."

I guess for most it's something of a status symbol. I use my black dyes as mixers for "rare" colors. I've made quite a few quid selling Navy and Charcol dyes.

For the OP if you want to see what you are lookin for.
go to a town where Necro's roam. For example War Camp and
ToA.

Yeah, a lot of 15k Necrotic and Bonelace people there with their armor dyed all black. Given the graphics downgrade within towns, it looks like crap on my end.
I went through a black phase with my necro at one point, but never straight black. For me it was too harsh, so I went with Black + Silver to doll it down a bit and take off some of that annoying "shine"

Dying it silver is about as close as you can get.

the closest you can get is either pure silver, or a mix of silver's and yellow's
